Cemetery, steel band, term end celebrations and jigsaw puzzles! Oh! and who said Ikea is no fun!

Norman has 40+ ancestors buried at Toowong Cemetery about half an hour from Richard's house. I had looked up the plot numbers for most of them and downloaded a map of the cemetery. As it covers about 44 hectares it is not going to be an easy job  to find any of the graves. It is also situated on a very steep hill which makes it even harder.

After a 2 hour visit I had no success so think I may forget this in future and maybe try to visit the Queensland Family History Society to use their records to glean a bit ore information about Norman's family.

The schools have now closed for half term holidays. Elliot's school held a pyjama day on the Friday.

The school gardens were looking good!

Kerri has recently started doing jigsaw puzzles and has entered a competition, together with Josie. Kerri will also be joining a friend for a team puzzle. The competition is south of Brisbane on the Gold Coast.

We tackle a puzzle to get some practice.

Fun times in Ikea. Josie and friend!
